Schedule 1 of the Conveyancing (General) Regulation 2013 prescribes the fee amounts for copyright purposes in relation to supplying an image of a registered plan or part of a registered plan.

For fees applying for a financial year after the 2017/2018 financial year, the fee amount is calculated in accordance with the formulae set out in Schedule A to the Order made by the Copyright Tribunal of Australia on 28 October 2013 in the matter of Copyright Agency Limited v State of New South Wales.
