The Surveyor-General’s Deposited Plan Checklist complements (does not replace) the NSW Land Registry Services’ Deposited Plan Lodgment Checklist and Deposited Plan Reference Guide.  The Surveyor-General’s Deposited Plan Checklist will not be mandatory (except in special BOSSI disciplinary matters). The Surveyor-General’s Deposited Plan Checklist may, at the surveyor’s discretion, be lodged with the Deposited Plan.

The PDF form can be downloaded and used as a complementary tool to assist surveyors to prepare Deposited Plans that comply with the Surveying and Spatial Information Regulation 2017.
