Schedule of eDealings

In NSW there are many types of dealings which can be registered, which currently only exist in paper. New functionality is continually being developed over time between NSW Land Registry Services and Electronic Lodgment Network Operators (ELNOs) to allow electronic lodgment of dealings that previously could not be lodged electronically. Below is a table which shows all the possible dealings that can be lodged for registration in the Torrens Register – and whether they are available to be lodged electronically.

It is expected that the majority of the documents listed below which aren’t currently available electronically will be made available as a residual document. A typical residual document can be a generic instrument in which subscribers can upload attachments as PDF images into an electronic workspace, or can be structured so that the data elements can form the information which will be recorded on the Register. Either way, many of the residual documents will be gradually made available over time, starting early 2020. As soon as each document is available, this page will be updated.
