100% eConveyancing from 11 October

Publish date:

On Monday 11 October 2021, the New South Wales land titles system goes 100% electronic. This means that all dealings will be lodged electronically. The changes introduced on 11 October mark the final step to achieving this reform, and the NSW Government thanks everyone who helped achieve this.

Reaching 100% electronic conveyancing was taken in steps over several years. To most people involved in the conveyancing industry 11 October is just another day, as most dealings are already lodged electronically. NSW has embraced eConveyancing because it is faster and more secure than paper.

Those new to electronic conveyancing or who just want a refresher on the changes, below is a “quick start” guide to help you start transacting electronically.
