Final batch of residual documents available electronically from 10 May 2021
From Monday 10 May 2021, the final 34 'residual documents' will be available for subscribers to use electronically. Where duty is applicable with these dealings, it can be paid in the workspace.
This release is a significant milestone in the transition to 100% electronic lodgment of land transactions in NSW, followed by the cancellation of certificates of title later this year. A huge thanks goes out to PEXA and Revenue NSW for delivering this final batch.

The Registrar General's Guidelines on residual documents will be updated shortly to guide you on how to complete each of the 34 new residual documents.
