NSW Government’s response to IPART review of the pricing regulation of electronic conveyancing services in NSW

We welcome IPART’s draft final report. The first part of NSW’s response focuses on those parts of IPART’s draft final report that deal with market structure, competition and interoperability. The second part focuses on Revenue NSW charges to ELNOs.
NSW’s priority is on delivering citizens a competitive, secure and fair marketplace in the NSW land title system, with increased customer focus.
