NSW LRS Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey Now Open

NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) are asking customers to provide their feedback via a short online survey!

The survey will close on Monday 17 November 2025.

NSW LRS is dedicated to enhancing the delivery of its products and services to customers. Your comments and feedback are incredibly valuable and will help to deliver improved customer outcomes.

This anonymous and confidential survey is conducted by research partners at D&M Research. D&M Research uphold the highest ethical standards and privacy practice, with ISO 20252 accreditation and membership to both The Research Society and Australian Data and Insight Association (ADIA).

Responses will only be reported in aggregate form and will be used solely for the purpose of improving our products and services. In rare cases, as part of NSW LRS’ regulatory obligations, de-identified survey data may be reviewed by the Office of the Registrar General. In such cases, all personal details are removed, ensuring your individual privacy remains protected.
