NSW LRS lodgment office to relocate from Queens Square to Liverpool Street in July 2020
In July 2020, NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) will be relocating the lodgment office on 1 Prince Albert Road, Queens Square, to Level 30, 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney.
175 Liverpool Street, Sydney is located at the southern end of Hyde Park, opposite the Anzac Memorial and close to Museum Train Station.
The move from Queens Square follows NSW LRS’ head office relocation to 175 Liverpool Street, Sydney in May 2019. The decision to relocate formed part of the concession deed between the State government and NSW LRS, signed in 2017.
It is anticipated that the Queens Square office will permanently close on or around Friday, 3 July 2020, with the new lodgment office opening at 175 Liverpool Street on or around Monday, 6 July 2020. NSW LRS will confirm dates closer to the time.
