Residual documents available from 9 November 2020

UPDATE 6 November 2020: Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) has advised that the deployment of its upcoming platform release, including the twenty-four new residual documents previously announced for Monday 9 November, will be delayed. We will update you on the rescheduled date as soon as possible.
From Monday 9 November 2020, a further twenty-four 'residual documents' will be available for subscribers to use electronically. To view the full list of documents that are available for lodgment as electronic dealings, please refer to the Schedule of eDealings page.
The Registrar General's Guidelines on residual documents will be updated shortly to guide you on how to complete each of the twenty-four new residual documents.
