100% eConveyancing: commencement proclaimed

The 11 October 2021 commencement date for the Real Property Amendment (Certificates of Title) Act 2021 has been proclaimed. View the published Proclamation on the NSW Legislation website.
This amending Act makes several changes to the Real Property Act 1900 and other legislation to cancel certificates of title and progress NSW to 100% electronic lodgment of land transactions.
