Digital survey plans access made easy

Publish date:

Over half a million digital survey plans are now ready for users to easily download and benefit from this more efficient, faster and more accurate process.

This has been made possible through a newly created digital distribution channel by NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) and Department of Customer Service (DCS) Spatial Services. It is part of a broader reform to transition from paper to smart digital plans in NSW.

At this stage, plans can be accessed through the following approved information brokers free of charge, with the purchase of the corresponding deposited plan; Direct Info, GlobalX, GlobalX Terrain, InfoTrack and LegalStream.

Contact details for these providers can be found on the NSW LRS website.

To start using digital plans, users can access the ePlan Digital Plan Validation Service through the NSW LRS Online Portal. Additional information on the availability and use of digitised deposited plans can be accessed on the DCS Spatial Services website.

NSW LRS will be working with DCS Spatial Services to involve more stakeholders on an ongoing basis in the development of digital services. If you would like to participate, please contact [email protected].
