Have your say on community scheme regulations

The NSW Government is seeking public feedback on the new Community Land Development Regulation 2021 and new Community Land Management Regulation 2021.
The proposed regulations aim to align community schemes laws with the strata scheme laws, simplify the development process, and make community scheme living more modern, democratic and flexible.
Consultation closes at 5pm on Thursday 29 July 2021.
