Interoperability - Ministerial support for finalisation of timelines and for building the solution as quickly as possible

On 9 November 2023, relevant Federal and State and Territory Ministers and their representatives met with industry to discuss the progress of the interoperability reform and to consider key issues for eConveyancing to ensure a sustainable, competitive, and interoperable market structure.
Ministers noted the successful delivery of the Day 1 transactions and reaffirmed their support for the interoperability solution to be built as quickly as possible, while minimising risk to the eConveyancing ecosystem.
Ministers also welcomed the finalisation of timelines for Release 1, 2 and 3 of interoperability functionality, to give industry and other stakeholders the necessary certainty.
