Simplified plan amendment requests

Publish date:

NSW Land Registry Services (NSW LRS) have created a new smart form for plan amendment requests to simplify the process, and to make it easier for customers.

Customers can now capture all amendment documents and obtained consents in one place, allowing NSW LRS plan review requests to be managed faster.

The new Plan Review form includes an interactive user guide and consents checklist to assist customers to fill out the form, and ensure the necessary consents for amendment are included and linked correctly.

The Plan Review form was created to assist surveyors in lodging all relevant information necessary for an amendment action. More information on what constitutes an error and what NSW LRS can amend can be found in the Registrar General's Guidelines.
