The Office of the Registrar General have published a new publication titled “Subscriber Compliance” to remind and guide Subscribers about their obligation under the NSW Participation Rules for Electronic Conveyancing to promptly respond to a subscriber compliance examination when they are selected for one by NSW Land Registry Services.
